Developing Flexible Expectations

Just the other day I got a message and one of the topics was, “This probably was not what you were expecting”. The more I thought about this particular statement, I realized that my expectations were there all along. What you hope to gain out of a program can change. No I didn’t get what I expected, but I was able to adapt and still expect that my adaptations would work. Maybe the cookie-cutter design does not work for every situation, but it is up to us to roll with the course and plan accoeyeRoll4 the ability to adapt and make my expectations flexible with whatever change comes my way.rdingly if we want to keep up and still succeed.
