A reason to be resilient

I just finished another book today, “Think and Grow Rich”. This book wasn’t entirely about money, but how to prosper in our everyday lives. One idea that stuck with me very on in the book was “Success comes one step after defeat”. Essentially, this quote means that you shouldn’t just give up at the first sign of failure. You sometimes have to endure some obstacles before you come out winning. There is an eye of every storm, and you can find peace knowing that if you stick to your guns you can keep going. Resilience is a struggle, but unless you don’t see the difficult situation through, you’ll never see what treasures lie on the other side. EyeRoll4 the ability to know that I have the will to make it through defeat and be successful with one more step.
