Getting right back at it

Lately I’ve been getting back into the swing of things. I had just gotten back from a long vacation, so routines were difficult to transition back into. Jobs have a habit of forcing you back into your regular schedule, but jumping back into healthy habits is another story. I found that my first work-out after vacation was more challenging than others. I also did not ease myself back into exercising. What kept me going through it was thinking about the health benefits. I didn’t want to become stuck in a cycle of bad habits and I knew I would feel better for just knowing that I put in the work and completed a work-out. I knew that the first couple of times back were going to be hard, but I didn’t want to lose sight of what I gained from healthy habits. EyeRoll4 the ability to get back and maintain healthy habits.
